Omni Charlotte Hotel, Charlotte

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. While the gym is truly impressive and the breakfast omelettes were fantastic, the noise levels were unbearable for someone seeking a restful stay. The room also had some cleanliness issues that need addressing. Overall, it has great potential, but I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers.

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The service was exceptional, particularly from Reginald at valet and Marge in the restaurant, who made our stay unforgettable.
